A little unscheduled blog post today. I have beauty reviews galore, but every now and again, cute trumps everything and I couldn't resist.

After several frustrating attempts at uploading videos, I gave up and filmed a little bit of Baby Glitter playing in the garden on her toy car. I don't always put my videos on here, but this is so short, I thought it might add a little 'awwww' to your days!

Tuesday Tip :: Big Eyes

This weeks tip is quite possibly the first beauty trick I ever used and has served me well.

It's common knowledge that large eyes are seen as a sign of beauty and so over the squillions of years that women have been dolling themselves up with makeup, we have found techniques to create the illusion of wide peepers.

By putting a light colour (ivory, white, gold, shell pink for instance) in the inner corner of your eye and blending into your other maybe more vibrant eyeshadow, you will instantly add a 'Ping! Look how big my eyes are!' effect. Team this with the 75% eyeliner rule (eyeliner from your outer corner, only 75% along your eye, top and bottom) and you are all set to go in the Big Eyes Parade.

Seeing as this tip is such a goodun I'd be surprised if this is news to all of you. For those that is it, go forth and multipy enjoy shmexy eyes!

Not The Collage of Dreams

Picture this- I'm sat flicking through instagram and I decide to do a blog post on it for you all. I think to myself, "Hmm, I know, I'll make it a little different and do a giant collage on picnik (before it closes down) of all my favourites from the past couple of months and it will be ammmaaaazzziinnng". I then sat for over an hour doing it all. Moments before I reached the finished line, it crashed. It died. It expired. Cue fist waving and mumbled swearing and here we are.

As you can see, this is just a poopy screenshot jobby (not the collage of dreams that I had envisaged), but it gives you a little taster of the things have tickled my pickle over the last week.
